MY STORY
I grew up struggling with my weight for as long as I could remember. I never ate to nourish my body. I would binge eat. I would have days where I ate nothing at all. The food I was eating lacked in nutrition and I never felt good. It wasn't until I started to eat to nourish my body, rather than to eat to feel "full", where I felt and saw changes in myself which began my journey to a happier, healthier lifestyle. My relationship with food developed into a healthy one and for the first time in my life I not only felt good, but I felt confident in my body as well! My goal is to help people develop a relationship with food that they can feel good about and understand that you can enjoy great tasting food and still have it be a nourishing meal for your body. Food is not the enemy!
